The Technical University of Ingolstadt (THI) invites all interested in informatics to the third lecture series "Topical topics of informatics", which extends over the period of the summer semester. The focus is on the topics of IT security, digital maps and current developments in programming languages.
The lectures cover current topics such as the hacker attack on the government network of the Confederation, fears Cyberwars or automated driving and the need for high-precision maps. The speakers, all of which come from economic, political and scientific practice, are available for discussion with the audience after the lectures.
The series of events organized by Prof. Dr. Hans-Joachim Hof, professor of it-security at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and computer science of thi and head of the Ingolstadt research group for applied it-security as well as the German subsidiary of the world's largest specialist society for Informatics (German Chapter of the ACM).
